These are graded rehearsals, so please make sure you notify us IN ADVANCE if you are going to be absent for any reason.  Directors reserve the right to not excuse an absence if it is not deemed legitimate.

For next year, Meistersingers will once again meet as one class to cut down on the need for morning rehearsals.

]]>Show Choirs to perform with UT Concert Chorale Sundayhttp://mcneilchoir.org/home/2011/11/4/show-choirs-to-perform-with-ut-concert-chorale-sunday.htmlBradley Hester2011-11-04T19:10:55Z2011-11-04T19:10:55ZYou are cordially invited to hear a combined concert of the UT Concert Chorale and the McNeil HS Show Choirs on Sunday, November 6 at 4 p.m.   The concert will be held at Bates Recital Hall on the campus of UT.   Admission is free.

We will meet at the school at 1 p.m. to dress, warmup and load the busses.  Men need their white tux shirts, black socks and black shoes.  Ladies need their hose and character shoes.

This is a great opportunity for our students to be featured at a prominent university, so we hope you can join us for this concert.

Below is the website where you can sign up and register.  We have completed our first fund-raiser (candles) and our next is Coffeehouse on Friday, October 28.  Donations towards the silent auction can be dropped off at the choir room.
